Bruce Bettinger steps down as MiDiv RoadRally Steward. Bruce has served the Division in this position since 1999. Those who do not Rally will know Bruce as the long time Timing and Scoring Chief at Hallett. When you see Bruce at the track, please be sure to thank him for the years he dedicated to our Rally Program.
