Anyone have a definitive answer to the question of what the race days are for the Labor Day NN at Heartland? Is the second National on Monday?

Trying to find out if I can make it.

Why do they schedule races on weekdays? Some folks like to spend their holidays with family.

With the amount of track time the GCR requires for a National event, the only reasonable way to put on a double National is to have the event take place over 3 days.

I understand there is a change in this rule for next year which may make it possible to do a double National on two days.

Hi Guys, Yes the race days are Sunday, August 31st and Monday, September 1st. We don't like that we have to run on Monday, in addition to Saturday and Sunday. However, the only way we can get the required time in for the sanction is to run 3 days.
